'''Lord Reior''' was a young noble from Basillera. His father owned a fishing business and was prescient, both of which displeased Reior. 

After he was summoned to return to Basillera to meet his father, Reior hired [[Gadger]] as his personal servant, before booking passage on the [[Coral Caps]]. Gadger used the opportunity to steal from and murder [[Krewm Aite]], while Reior and [[Klaes]] had a series of conversations.

Reior was fond of smoking, something his father did not approve of.
