==Description==
Scaenapulcra was an inhabited town, contrary to some beliefs, but the living population was very small. Most of the buildings were tombs or mausoleums, many belonging to members of the [[Basilleran Military]] who wanted to be remembered. 

The town was located in a dry, barren climate like most of Basillera, and included some important buildings. 

The guard force stationed at Scaenapulcra was withdrawn as part of the plan [[Harrowshot]] believed to be secretly occurring.
