==History==

Back before the [[Ascendance]] Neorii was a scholar at [[the Lazuli Archive]] in [[Veden]]. As a key figure in [[the Order of Koga]] the dragon took up teaching and gave a lot of talks.

After the Order of Koga was disbanded, Neorii met up with ex-members of the various Elder Covenants, forming the Elder Scions.

Neorii met [[the Renova Party]] at one of the shrines he was meditating at. He told them about the shrine and had a discussion about beliefs with [[Kalicko]] and [[Cezata]]. Neorii apologized for wasting the party's time and left to go to [[the Glass Temple]].

A while later they met each other again at the Glass Temple. Neorii later reveals that he was part of the Elder Scions and threatened [[Splint]] and [[the Aspects of Resolve]], into joining the Scions.

Splint refused and a chase ensued as Neorii transformed into his true dragon form, but struggled to keep up with the party's sand skimmer and lost them.

Neorii was present at the observatory to protect the ritual. This is where he faced off against the Renova Party for one final time, knocking out Cezata, before [[Chef Boyar]] came in to save the day. The party overpowered Neorii, with Cezata landing one final strike.
