This page is a guide on how pages should be categorized. Some pages may include more category tags than the ones listed, but these are the base tags necessary for these articles.

Character Pages

Characters should be tagged with:

• [World Name]
• Characters
• NPCs or PCs
• [World Name] NPCs or [World Name] PCs

For example, Idari Archbrand is tagged Spireloft, Characters, PCs, and Spireloft PCs.

Locations

Locations should be tagged with:

• [World Name]
• Locations
• [World Name] Locations
• If applicable, Cities, Nations, or something else

For example, Nanet is tagged Renova, Locations, Renova Locations, Cities, and Renova City.

Sessions

Sessions should be tagged with:

• [World Name]
• Sessions
• [Campaign Name] Sessions
• If applicable, Oneshots, Finales, or something else

For example, Weathia: Intermission II is tagged Weathia, Sessions, Weathia Sessions, and Oneshots.

Items

Items should be tagged with:

• [World Name]
• Items
• [World Name] Items
• If applicable, Category:Weapons, Category:Consumables, Category:Armor, or something else

For example, Quill's Dagger is tagged Weathia, Weathia Items, Items, and Weapons.

Supplements

There are many types of supplements that are released throughout campaigns. If these receive a page of their own, here are the several types and how they should be tagged.

Gameplay Documents

Any documents relating to information explicitly used to help players in a campaign understand the campaign's world or system mechanics are gameplay documents and should be tagged:

• [Campaign Name]
• Category:Gameplay Documents
• [Campaign Name] Category:Gameplay Documents

For example, Prism-Fueled Tabletop Tales: Official Rulebook is tagged Renova: The Forgotten, Gameplay Documents, and Renova: The Forgotten Gameplay Documents. Lore documents directed at players are also gameplay documents and can be tagged as both a gameplay resource and an in-universe document if applicable.

Side Stories

"Side stories" do not need to be stories occurring in parallel to the campaign. This term refers to all stories that take place within a campaign's world but are not read in-universe by any characters. These should be tagged:

• [World Name]
• Category:Side Stories
• [World Name] Side Stories
• If applicable, Category:Canon, Category:Non-Canon, or something else.

For example, Whispers Long Forgotten is tagged Weathia, Side Stories, and Weathia Side Stories.

In-Universe Documents

In-universe documents are any pieces of information received by the player characters and read by the player characters. Pages referring to these should be tagged with:

• [Campaign Name]
• In-Universe Documents
• [Campaign Name] In-Universe Documents
• If applicable, Category:Letters, Category:Newspapers, or something else

For example, E-MARI's Letter is tagged Spireloft, In-Universe Documents, Spireloft In-Universe Documents, and Letters.
