Lord Reior was a young noble from Basillera. His father owned a fishing business and was prescient, both of which displeased Reior.
After he was summoned to return to Basillera to meet his father, Reior hired Gadger as his personal servant, before booking passage on the Coral Caps. Gadger used the opportunity to steal from and murder Krewm Aite, while Reior and Klaes had a series of conversations.
Reior was fond of smoking, something his father did not approve of.
