This section is to make sure every page is consistent with other pages similar to them or of the same category.
General Rules
Opening Sentences
It is imperative that all pages that describe something within some world make sure to specify which world, campaign, and or AU it takes place in within the first few sentences.
For example, this is not acceptable because it is unclear to the reader what the content of the page is about:
- Lucia was a city in Electricia.
Readers with no knowledge of what world has an "Electricia" will not receive enough information to determine if they've reached a relevant page or not. Here's how it can be reformatted:
- Lucia was a city in Weathia. It was located in the nation of Electricia...
The reason why this must be strict is also to prevent the possibility of two worlds having the same name for a person, location, or object. If this was the "Weathia Wiki", the first sentence would be appropriate, and no issues would be present. Sorry if this requires most pages to be changed.
Other Examples
For NPCs, the opening sentences should look like this:
- Lucia was a character in Weathia.
For PCs, the opening sentences should still start the same way. Clarification that they're a player character comes after.
- Luth Helwind was a character in Weathia. He was played by CStatic, and...
For session pages, the opening sentences should look something like this:
- Buck Wild was a session in Spireloft. It was run on December 23rd, 2023.
For item pages, the opening sentences should look like this:
- Quill's Dagger was an item in Weathia. It was used by...
If the item was primarily used in a world it did not originate in, here's how that can be formatted:
- Five Nights at Freddy's was an item originating from Earth. It was used during a stream by Gin Silvercrest...
(Note: If the item has an unknown origin, please state so.)
Content Order
The order of the content on each page should be consistent throughout most pages of the same type.
Headings
Many different pages may have different headings, but the final headings will always be in this order.
- The Gallery section
- The Trivia section
- The References section
Below the reference section is (usually) a navigation box.
Character Pages
The formatting of character pages is dependent on world and whether they're a PC or NPC.
Weathia PCs
Weathia NPCs
Spireloft PCs
Spireloft NPCs
For now, please see Cibil Cythalamynn as a reference for what Spireloft NPC pages should look like.
Renova PCs
Renova NPCs
Session Pages
The formatting of session pages is dependent on the campaign. However, some things remain the same. Please put the Template:SessionInfobox template at the top, then place everything else after. Keep the headers in the given order, but feel free to omit headers that have no applicable content. Make sure to also alphabetize the "NPC Appearance" list.
Weathia: Resurrection
Please refer to The Blacklight Archive for the general format of session pages for this campaign. Please do not change the format of this page for now, but feel free to fill in the missing information.
Weathia: Final Crisis
Please refer to The Fifth Leader for the general format of session pages for this campaign.

Location Pages
The formatting of location pages is dependent on the world.
Weathia
Spireloft
Spireloft locations should have the following information. Remember that all location pages should include a link to Spireloft (World) and the respective nation in the opening paragraph.
Content Order
Spireloft location pages should begin with a Description section. This should be in the Heading style, and contain a general overview of the location. This could contain the geographic location, the history, and the terrain. It can also contain descriptions of prominent locations or inhabitants, provided they are relevant to the text.
Location pages should follow this with a Known Locations section in the Heading style. This should be in the form of a bullet list, with the name of each location in bold. These should be buildings, shops, etc. They can have brief descriptions alongside them, especially if they don't have a page of their own, but can also be merely named.
Next, a list of Known Residents should be added, likewise in the Heading style (for Nation pages, Known Citizens). This should also be a bullet list, with each name in bold and preferably linked if possible. Characters who temporarily lived in a certain location should still be added, not just 'current' characters. Descriptions can be added if necessary, but this should be done only for explaining odd cases or if a character has no page of their own.
The location page should then be rounded off with a Trivia, Appearances, and Footnotes sections if relevant (each in the Header style). The page should be tagged as Spireloft, Spireloft Locations, and Locations. See the Erumita page as a reference.
