Rockerluck was a criminal mastermind wanted by both the governments of Ante and Basillera. He had previously been hunted by Gerardanson and Rift, before Arginor Ashven was assigned to the task.

Rockerluck and his goons took over the Basilleran city of Torryen during the events of Spireloft.
