Sumnar was a village in western Ante. The village was surrounded fields which grew grain, with a scattering of houses inhabited by farmers.

Sumnar was owned entirely by the Cadogin Family, who exercised a high degree of authority in the village, including evicting villagers who they disliked.

Cadogin Estate

The Cadogin Family owned a large house near Sumnar. Originally designed in the style of a traditional one-story West Antan farm house with a large lofted roof, the house had been expanded by many previous Cadogin Lords to add wings and small extensions.

The house featured a library of books collected by Harald III, the grandfather of Klaes Cadogin. The house faced west towards the Spire, with gardens on the south side. A road lead from the estate to the village proper.
