Winter and Brimstone
Winter and Brimstone (or Chapter XXII: Winter and Brimstone[1]) was the twenty-second session of Spireloft and the second session of the Wedding arc. It was run by CStatic on February 11th, 2024.
Plot Summary edit
The Antidote are shocked by the death of Vrik Knaver at the apparent hands of Gadger, and attempt to investigate it. Arginor Ashven appears as a late arrival to the celebrations.
The final moments of the wedding are interrupted by Howie assassinating Kamo Okremore and assaulting Jaux, with the Antidote forced to flee the scene as chaos[who?] descends. After spending the night in Aucturacten, the party regroups and follows the trail of a missing Slasstian Mendrow to Winter's Nails.
The Antidote discovers dried blood in the snow and the remains of another adventurer party before meeting a team of scientists who encourage them to test their contraptions. A portal opens, and the Antidote is met by the face of the one party member they couldn't save.
