Hillvan Rellblue was a Spireloft character who was a member of Kiorend Weffr's unit. He was suspected of being involved with the murder of Esmer Gnash and arrested by General Vrik Knaver at The Arena.
Visual Description
Hilvan was a green-skinned elf with chin-length brown hair and freckles. He had greenish eyes and wore a Basilleran soldier uniform similar to Kiorend's.
History
Pre-Campaign
Hilvan was a Basilleran soldier who was friends with Kiorend and others.
Campaign
Hilvan invited Kiorend and some other soldiers to go to the spellcasting tournament hosted at The Arena. There, they met Esmer Gnash who asked if they could spar with them as practice. Kiorend accepted the request, but a mysterious figure began heckling the two and the overwhelming pressure of sparring with an audience sent Kiorend into beast mode, resulting in them attacking Esmer more ferociously until the figure took the opportunity to use a spell to knock Esmer against the wall, killing them in the process.
After Kiorend fled the scene, Hilvan, as well as the other soldiers, were detained by General Vrik Knaver for questioning. Hilvan was the most outspoken and insisted Kiorend was not the culprit, even if Kiorend believed themself to be.
As the Antidote was traveling to Scaenapulcra they stopped at a nearby town, where someone disguised themself as Hilvan to mess with Kiorend.
Post-Campaign
Not much is known about what Hillvan Rellblue was up to after the events of Spireloft.
