Kelterstar
Kelterstar University was an educational institution in Lorecia.
Description
Kelterstar was located in mountains at the rough geographic centre of Lorecia. Kelterstar was the nation's premier university, comparable only to Ardrige in Ante with whom Kelterstar had a longstanding rivalry. In particular, Kelterstar researchers are criticised by their Antan counterparts for re-evaluating the nature of the Flare.
Kelterstar was most famous for its astronomy and archaeology programs, which were the only ones at this level in the entirety of Spireloft. Kelterstar also had other faculties and study programs. One research program involved the creation of a portal to the "Feywild".
