Spiroganus was an elderly aarakocra from Lorecia. He was a guest at the Inn in Veives, along with another unknown person.
He later applied for the position of High Priest of Lorecia and a seat on the Lorecian Council but was rejected by E-MARI, who considered him to be too old.
