Sylthe was a nation in Spireloft. It was formed of the still-inhabitable portion of Woodhaven

History

12 years before the events of Spireloft, the Woodhollow curse engulfed a significant portion of Woodhaven, leaving the survivors to flee to the remaining uncorrupted portion.

Life and culture in Sylthe is much the same as it was in old Woodhaven. Agricultural output has had to increase to keep up with the denser population, and the rivers are no longer drinkable (although their water has no herbicidal properties).

Sylthe, like Woodhaven, is technically ruled over by the High Druid, an ancient being, although they are often absent from official affairs.

During the events of Spireloft, Woodhollow expanded again, engulfing a significant portion of Sylthe. Many of the inhabitants were forced to leave Sylthe altogether.
