History[edit | edit source]
Kiet Kiet was one of the first people recruited by Tacyon Howeth to join the newly established Aigrot Liberation Front. Kiet Kiet's early actions with the ALF included organising a heist on a member of the Antan peerage, which succeeded in "liberating" a considerable amount of valuables. Kiet Kiet was promoted to the ALF's newly-established inner council as a result of this, acting as the organisations head of intelligence. He also oversaw the introduction and security clearing of new members.
In this role, he was introduced to Lyss Cadogin by Tallas Howeth, and the two quickly became friends. Lyss' work as an intelligence officer brought Kiet to propose using an unwitting Klaes Cadogin as a "dead" drop for important ALF documents, with the encrypted documents being sent as "letters from Lyss" to then be distributed out of Klaes' dorm room without the wizard student's knowledge.
Kiet Kiet did not take an active role in the ALF's ill-fated attack against leading members of the Aigrot Liberation Movement, which saw the death of Lyss and the scattering of the movement's leadership. Believing that both Tallas and Tacyon had been captured, and unaware of the locations of the rest of the ALF's cells, Kiet Kiet moved to Aucteracten where he began establishing new cells. His contact with Slasstian Mendrow proved to be extremely helpful, as Mendrow sent funds to Kiet and eventually joined his cell as a full member.
Kiet Kiet oversaw the operation to assassinate Kamo Ocremore, believing that doing so would be a symbolic rejection of normalised Aigrot-Antan relations.
